Description
Dredge Pumps
Our dredging pumps have reached their fourth generation and boast over 50 years of success in both national and international markets. Thanks to the perfect volute design of the pump casing and the special configuration of the impellers, they provide high hydraulic efficiency and high mixture flow rates.
The pumps are manufactured using a new highly wear-resistant alloy material, with thicknesses suitable for a wide range of applications, increasing the lifespan of the parts subject to wear. We offer a wide range of pumps with diameters from 3” (75 mm, suitable for industrial use) to 20” (500 mm, suitable for the most demanding dredging applications).
Where a Dredging Pump Can Operate
– In quarries, outside riverbeds, in rivers, or in mines;
– Wherever there is a sand and gravel deposit;
– Wherever it is necessary to transport chemical slurry or materials from industrial chemical processes;
– In hydroelectric basins, dams, pipelines, or tanks that need to be cleaned of sand;
– In foundries, for the evacuation of abrasive solid materials and/or rolling mill slag;
– Wherever any type of abrasive or corrosive material needs to be transported;
– Wherever hydrocyclones are used.
Cost Reduction
Our dredging pumps help reduce operating costs thanks to fluid dynamics software that automatically regulates the pump’s rotation speed according to the discharge distance and total manometric head, providing the following advantages:
– Elimination of cavitation and hydraulic and production optimization of the pump;
– Reduced energy consumption and improved efficiency;
– Longer lifespan of parts subject to wear.
Furthermore, our pumps are entirely designed and manufactured in Italy and offer competitive costs for wear parts, as well as the possibility of being adapted to other existing dredging pumps, resulting in reduced replacement costs.
