We produce and supply **spare parts and components for dredging systems**, designed to ensure efficiency, operational continuity, and longer service life for parts subject to wear.

The use of worn components can cause pressure losses, reduced hydraulic performance, and consequently lower machine productivity. For this reason, we manufacture spare parts using materials selected according to the type of application, the nature of the material to be extracted, and the operating conditions of the system.

Our production includes:

– Wear-resistant spare parts in **Ni-Hard / Crom-Hard**;

– Components in manganese steel **Mn 12–14% / 18–20%**;

– Parts with suitable thicknesses according to the material to be handled;

– Rubber hoses for suction and discharge, with anti-abrasive inner layers;

– Built-in and vulcanized metal sleeves;

– Iron and HDPE pipelines;

– Ball joints for floating pipelines and discharge systems;

– Hydraulic and electric winches;

– Knife gate valves with stainless steel blades.
